7-Day Return Policy

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email us at

• Order Number
• Reason for Return
• Photos or videos (if the product is damaged or defective)

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.

Please do not send products back without prior approval, as they may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos.

Once verified, we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the amount to reflect.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after your bank account details are provided.
